IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT WE SECURE THE NUMBERS TO MAINTAIN THE GROUP STATUS. EVERYONE MUST HAVE THEIR $25 DEPOSIT PAID BY OCTOBER 28, 2009. THE SITE IS SET UP FOR DOUBLE & SINGLE OCCUPANCY. FOR DOUBLE OCCUPANCY, YOU AND THAT PERSON MUST BOOK TOGETHER AT THE SAME TIME. ONCE AGAIN, WE MUST SECURE ENOUGH PEOPLE TO MAINTAIN THE MELROSE GROUP RATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Adhere specifically to the following instructions:

1. Log onto www.cbtravelgroup.com
2. Along the top bar towards the right choose GROUPS
3. Once on the groups page select Melrose Class of '90 Reunion
4. This will take them to a page that contains detailed information re: the cruise, they should then click on BOOK IT at the bottom of the page
5. The next screen they should click select
6. The personal information and payment screen will then be visible where they can set up their payments


Some information to keep in mind when booking
* All bookings MUST be made using the above instructions or we will be at risk for losing our group status as well as penalized by the cruiseline
* If anyone has questions they should contact Coriya and not the cruiseline 404-316-7714
* We must book a minimum # of cabins using the above instructions or again be at risk of losing our group status and being penalized
* Deposit dates must be strictly adhered and the 1st deposit of $25 must be made by October 28, 2009 and is the most important
* Passports ARE NOT required for this cruise but please see the note below re: required identification*


*Name must match legal documention (Driver's License, Passport, Birth Certificate etc.) you will provide before boarding. You will not be allowed to board unless your name matches exactly. For example, if Robert Smith is printed on your Passport, Do not enter "Bob Smith".
